The Veterinary Smallholder is a website aimed at providing veterinary care for animals kept on smallholdings - this includes chickens and other poultry, sheep, goats and pigs. The Veterinary Smallholder is brought to you in association with Girling & Fraser veterinary practice in Perth, Scotland (www.vetsinperth.com).
 Mary and Simon have been running their own smallholding for the past 4 years and during that time have kept a variery of chickens, turkeys, quail, guinea fowl and sheep. They have experience of most common problems encountered when keeping these animals and birds and can advise owners on breeding poultry / sheep, housing, nutrition and preventative medicine.
