Legislation and paperwork

If smallholders keep farm animals such as sheep or goats, then they come under the same legislation as farmers and will have to complete relevant paperwork. It can be difficult to know who to speak to especially as legislation in Scotland can sometimes be different to that in England. If you don't know who to speak to then get in touch.
